摘要
以‘烟砧2号’‘烟砧5号’‘烟砧6号’‘B9’‘M9’和平邑甜茶1年生枝条为试材,通过低温处理后,测定了6种苹果砧木在低温胁迫下的相对电导率,脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量,SOD、POD和CAT活性,以及恢复室温后的枝条萌芽率。用Logistic方程拟合求出的各供试砧木低温半致死温度(LT50)与主成分分析结果都表明,6种砧木的抗寒性由强到弱依次为:‘烟砧6号’‘烟砧5号’‘B9’‘烟砧2号’、平邑甜茶、‘M9’。
The study was carried out with one-year-old branches of six apple rootstocks including’Yanzhen 2’’Yanzhen 5’’Yanzhen 6’’B9’’M9’and Malus hupeheusis as materials.Under different low temperature treatments,the rootstock relative electrolyte leakage,the contents of proline,soluble protein and malondialdehyde(MDA),the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT),and the germinating ratio of under different temperature treatmentswere determined.The results showed that the cold resistance of’Yanzhen 6’and’Yanzhen 5’were higher than others,followed by’B9’’Yanzhen 2’and Malus hupeheusis,and the cold resistance of’M9’was the weakest among tested species.
