摘要
直流备用电源是保证变电站供电不间断性的重要设备。现阶段,由于直流电源长时间处于闲置或浮充状态,维护周期较长,导致其存在部分单体放电能力弱的问题,在发生故障时的应急可靠性无法得到保证。针对上述问题,设计了一种适用于大电流应急均衡场景的多相交错式双向DC-DC变换器拓扑。分析了拓扑的工作原理,通过Matlab中的Simulink建模仿真,确保均衡电路的可行性。搭建主动均衡电路平台对12 V/100 Ah直流电源系统进行均衡测试,在系统输出电流为100 A时,均衡速度与效率均能够满足系统需求。结果表明,该主动均衡系统有助于改善大电流备用场景中的均衡效果,延长蓄电池寿命,解决了变电站直流电源的可靠性问题。
DC backup source is an important equipment to ensure uninterrupted power supply for substations.At this stage,because the DC source maintains idle or floating state for a long time,and the maintenance cycle time is also too long,discharge capacity of some monomers is weaker than that of others.Therefore,the emergency reliability in failures cannot be guaranteed.In view of the above problems,a multi-interleaved bidirectional DC-DC converter topology suitable for high-current emergency balancing scenarios is designs in this paper.Firstly,the working principle of the topology is analyzed in detail.Secondly,the feasibility of the balancing circuit is ensured by Simulink modeling and simulation in Matlab.Finally,an active balancing circuit platform to perform a balance test on a 12 V/100 Ah DC source system is built to verity that when the system output current is 100 A,the balance speed and efficiency can meet the system needs.The results show that the active balancing system can improve the balancing effect in the high-current standby scenario,prolongs the battery life,and solves the reliability problem of the DC power supply in the substation.
