摘要
在煤粉燃烧过程中,控制污染物的生成能有效减少煤粉锅炉污染物的排放,降低污染物处理的成本,对中国实现可持续发展有重要意义。介绍了燃烧过程中主要污染物生成的研究现状,讨论了燃烧过程中污染物的控制技术,分析了低NOx燃烧技术、燃烧中固硫技术和富氧燃烧技术这些主流技术当前存在的问题,提出了推进煤粉燃烧过程中污染物控制的建议,以期为实现煤炭的清洁燃烧与高效利用提供参考。
In the process of pulverized coal combustion,controlling the generation of pollutants can effectively reduce the emission of pollutants from coal-fired boilers and reduce the cost of pollutant treatment,which is of great significance to the realization of sustainable development in China.This paper introduced the research status of the generation of main pollutants in the combustion process,discussed the control technology of pollutants in the combustion process,analyzed the current problems of low NOx combustion technology,sulfur fixation technology in combustion and oxygen-enriched combustion technology,and put forward suggestions on pollutant control in the process of pulverized coal combustion,so as to provide reference for realizing clean combustion and efficient utilization of coal.
