摘要
目的 探讨睑板—真皮内固定法对重睑术后粘连不全者修复的临床效果.方法 选取2017-02—2019-12间本院就诊重睑术后粘连不全者21例作为研究对象,均为初次全切重睑术后粘连不全,且首次重睑术常规睑板前筋膜-皮肤全层缝合,术中未行睑板—真皮内固定.统计重睑粘连不全改善情况、治疗满意度及不良反应(眼睑闭合不全、切口下唇皮肤拉宽).结果 对21例受术者进行1-12个月的随访,术后重睑褶皱稍浅但较前改善2例,仍未明显改善1例,余重睑褶皱流畅自然且稳固.21例重睑术后粘连不全总改善率为95.24%,治疗满意度为85.71%.发生早期眼睑闭合不全1例,在两周时恢复正常闭合;切口下唇皮肤拉宽1例.不良反应总发生率为9.52%.症状均较轻,经后续恢复后均未造成实质性影响.结论 睑板—真皮内固定法对重睑术后粘连不全改善情况效果较好,治疗满意度较高,不良反应较小,可在临床上推广.
Objective To study the clinical effect of meibomian dermis internal fixation in the double eyelid shaping repair of patients with incomplete adhesion after double eyelid plasty.Methods From February 2017 to December 2019, 21 patients with incomplete adhesion after double eyelid surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All of them were primary total excision of double eyelid, and the first double eyelid surgery was performed with full-thickness suture of anterior tarsal fascia skin, without meibomian dermis internal fixation. The patients were satisfied with the treatment of lower eyelid adhesion and incomplete eyelid retraction.Results 21 patients were followed up for 1 to 12 months. The fold of double eyelid was slightly shallow but improved in 2 cases, and no obvious improvement was found in 1 case. The total improvement rate was 95.24% and the treatment satisfaction rate was 85.71%. One case of early eyelid closure was found, and recovered to normal closure in two weeks;the incision lower lip skin was widened in 1 case. The total incidence of adverse reactions was 9.52%. The symptoms were mild and did not cause any substantial effect after the follow-up recovery.Conclusion Meibomian dermis internal fixation has good effect on the improvement of incomplete adhesion after double eyelid plasty, with higher treatment satisfaction and less adverse reactions, which can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
