二氧化钛光子晶体波导的太赫兹波传输特性 被引量:1

摘要 本文应用时域有限差分法研究了二维二氧化钛光子晶体波导的禁带范围和太赫兹波的传输特性,分别设计了带隙宽度为0.2262THz、0.2728 THz和0.3166 THz的直线型、直角型和T型二氧化钛光子晶体波导结构。研究发现,相比传统波导,本文设计的二维二氧化钛光子晶体波导不仅在直线路径中有较高的太赫兹波传输效率,而且在转角的路径中也有很高的太赫兹波传输效率。此研究结果为太赫兹器件的设计和制作提供重要理论依据,为高速宽带无线通信系统的发展提供重要理论借鉴。 In this paper,the forbidden band gap range and terahertz wave transmission characteristics of two-dimensional titanium dioxide photonic crystal waveguide are studied by using the finite-difference time-domain method.The titanium dioxide linear waveguide structure with a band gap width of 0.2262 THz,the titanium dioxide rectangular waveguide structure with a band gap width of 0.2728 THz and the titanium dioxide t-waveguide structure with a band gap width of 0.3166 THz are designed.The transmission spectra of different waveguide structures and the field intensity distribution under specific excitation source frequencies obtained by simulation are compared and analyzed.It is found that compared with the traditional waveguide,the two-dimensional TiO2 photonic crystal waveguide designed in this paper has high transmission efficiency of terahertz wave not only in the straight path,but also has high transmission efficiency in the rotation path.The research results provide an important theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of terahertz devices,and provide an important theoretical reference for the development of high-speed broadband wireless communication systems.
