摘要
自改革开放以来,我国蛋鸡产业快速发展,畜禽规模化养殖水平不断提升。随着市场化程度的不断加深,鸡蛋价格波动也愈发剧烈。笔者基于30个省区的面板数据,采用随机效应模型分析养殖资本化对鸡蛋市场价格波动的影响,并进一步对比分析不同规模资本化养殖对鸡蛋价格波动的异质性影响。结果表明:养殖资本化可在一定程度上稳定鸡蛋价格,养殖资本化率每提高1个单位,鸡蛋价格波动率将下降0.0367个单位。通过异质性研究发现,不同规模资本化养殖均对鸡蛋价格波动具有稳定效应,但稳定效应存在差异,即大规模资本养殖对鸡蛋价格波动的稳定效应最大,其次是中规模资本养殖,小规模资本养殖对鸡蛋价格波动的稳定效应最小。由此笔者提出了充分发挥资本化养殖稳定作用、推进养殖规模化进程的政策建议。
Since the reform and opening up,China’s egg industry has developed rapidly,and the level of large-scale livestock and poultry breeding has been improved.With the deepening of the degree of marketization,the fluctuation of egg price has become increasingly fierce.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces,the effect of capitalization culture on the stability of egg market price fluctuation was analyzed by the random effects model,and the stability effect of different scale capitalization culture on egg price fluctuation was further compared and analyzed.The results showed that the capitalization of aquaculture can stabilize the fluctuation of egg price to a certain extent,and the egg price volatility would decrease by 0.0367 units for every unit increase in the capitalization rate of breeding.Research of heterogeneity showed that capitalization culture of different scale had a stable effect on the price fluctuation of eggs.However,there are differences in the stability effect.Largescale capital cultivation had the largest stability effect on the egg price fluctuation,followed by medium-scale capital cultivation,and smallscale capital cultivation has the least stability effect on the egg price fluctuation.Therefore,it is suggested that giving full play to the stable role of aquaculture capitalization will promote the process of aquaculture scale.
