摘要
2019年冬天伊始,新冠病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情在全球爆发,死伤无数。我国政府及专家号召全体民众总动员,从国家层面出发全民抗疫,采取了许多有效措施,取得了良好效果。其中对于血液的合理应用,也引起广泛的关注和研究。冬季,本是无偿献血的“淡季”,加上疫情的爆发,加重了临床用血的紧张,以至全国各地血源告急。临床合理用血成为抗疫时期的重要关注热点之一,如果严格执行合理、科学及安全用血的原则,将血液供给急需的患者,就能有效地拯救患者,守护好我国的文明堡垒。
In the winter of year 2019,the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)caused numerous of deaths and injuries.The Chinese government has called on the whole country people to self-isolation at home,reduction of outdoor activities,reduction of contact with people,avoid personnel gathering,upgrade the personal hygiene and strengthen personal protection.Every winter,this is the“off-season”of volunteer blood donation,addition with the epidemic outbreak,which aggravates the tension of clinical blood use,and has caused the shortage of blood supply all over the country.The rational clinical use of blood is one of the most important measures in nowadays.The unnecessary use of blood can be reduced if we can strictly control the clinical use of blood,we so that can supply those patients in urgent need,and protect this civilized fortress.
