762株鲍曼不动杆菌感染及耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析临床样本中鲍曼不动杆菌分布情况和耐药性特点,为临床合理使用抗生素和预防控制医院感染提供依据。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年10月临床标本中检出的762株鲍曼不动杆菌资料。结果762株鲍曼不动杆菌中痰标本最多,占71.7%;重症监护室(ICU)检出菌株数最多占41.5%;对临床常用的21种抗菌药物中,仅多粘菌素B一种药物耐药率为0,余20种抗生素中ICU均超过87.8%,非ICU均超过62.6%,ICU的泛耐药菌株显著高于非ICU病房(P<0.01)。结论鲍曼不动杆菌在痰标本的检出率最高,检出率最高的ICU也表现出较高的耐药性。加强细菌耐药性监测,合理使用抗菌药物,严格执行消毒隔离制度,才能有效控制耐药菌的感染及传播。 Objective To investigate the distribution and the drug resistant distribution of acinetobacter baumannii isolates collected from clinical specimens and to provide evidence for rational use of antibiotics and prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Methods 762 strains of A.baumannii detected in clinical specimens from January,2016 to October,2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 71.7%A.baumannii isolates collected from sputum.The number of strains detected in the intensive care unit(ICU)was up to 41.5%.All of strains were sensitive to polymyxin B,performance 87.8%drug resistance in ICU and more than62.6%in other departments except ICU.The number of extensively drug-resistant A.baumannii strains of ICU were significantly higher than that of the non-ICU wards(P<0.01).Conclusion There is high morbidity of A.baumannii infections and drug resistance rate in in ICU and sputum is the most common sample type.Only by strengthening the monitoring of bacterial drug resistance,rational using of antimicrobial and strict drug-resistant implementation of disinfection and isolation system,can the infection and transmission of bacteria be effectively controlled.
