摘要
为提高电网和燃煤机组的可靠性,提出了厂网协调模式下的燃煤机组发电能力评测方法。基于电力生产工艺原理,通过聚类分析等数据挖掘算法获取参数的动态正常值,并引入变权理论,利用余弦相似度实现了设备健康状态评价;在此基础上,结合参数健康度评价,利用Run Back思想实现机组发电能力的评测;以某600 MW机组隔膜阀动作引发的非停事件为例,进行了仿真分析和验证。结果表明:正常运行工况下EH和润滑油模型的健康度均高于预警限值,其处于良好状态;非停事件发生前20天,EH和润滑油模型健康度就逐步下降,且在非停事件发生前5天,EH和润滑油模型健康度直线下降,从而实现了设备早期故障识别,其为设备运行优化调整、检修及电网优化调度提供了数据参考,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to improve the reliability of power grids and coal-fired units,a method for power generation capacity evaluation of coal-fired units oriented to the power plants and power grids is proposed.Based on the principle of power production technology,the dynamic normal value of operation parameters is obtained by clustering analysis and other data mining algorithms,and the variable weight theory is introduced to realize the health status evaluation of equipment by cosine similarity.On this basis,combined with the health evaluation of operation parameters,the evaluation of power generation capacity of the unit is realized by using the idea of Run Back.The non-stop event caused by diaphragm valve action of a 600 MW unit is simulated and verified.The results show that:under normal operation conditions,EH and lubricating oil models whose healths are higher than the warning limits are in good condition.From 20 days before the non-stop event,EH and lubricating oil model health degrees begin to decline gradually,and from 5 days before the non-stop event,the health of EH and lubricating oil model decreases linearly,which realizes the early fault identification of equipment.It provides data reference for the optimal adjustment of equipment operation,maintenance and optimal dispatching of power grid,and has certain application value.
