摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环模式在种植牙患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择110例种植牙患者为试验对象,按照单双号随机化方式将患者分为观察组(55例,常规护理)和对照组(55例,PDCA循环模式)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的种植完全成功率及对健康教育、专业技能、基础护理、护理态度的满意度均高于对照组,牙龈炎、种植体松弛、感染发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的语言功能、咀嚼功能、吞咽功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环模式用于种植牙患者围手术期护理中能够提高护理满意度,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation model in perioperative nursing of dental implant patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with dental implants were selected as the experimental objects and divided into observation group(55 cases,routine nursing)and control group(55 cases,PDCA circulation model)according to the randomization of odd-even numbers.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The complete success rate of implant and the satisfaction of health education,professional skills,basic nursing,nursing attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the incidences of gingivitis,implant relaxation and infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of language function,chewing function and swallowing function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation model applied in perioperative nursing of dental implant patients can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
