摘要
目的探讨新生儿窒息复苏中护理人员有效配合的方法及效果。方法62例窒息新生儿均于朝阳市第二医院接受治疗,时间为2017年2月至2019年1月,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31)。对所有患儿均实施ABCDE的复苏方案,在复苏过程中,对照组患儿采取常规护理,观察组患儿在实施常规护理的同时护理人员有效配合复苏过程。比较两组患儿的复苏成功率、患儿家属护理满意度。结果观察组窒息新生儿复苏成功率、患儿家属护理满意度均高于对照组,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿窒息复苏期间,护理人员有效配合复苏过程,能有效提高复苏成功率和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the method and effect of effective cooperation of nursing staff during neonatal asphyxia resuscitation.Methods All 62 neonates with asphyxia were treated at Chaoyang Second Hospital from February 2017 to January 2019.They were divided into a control group(n=31)and an observation group(n=31)according to a random number table.All the children were given ABCDE resuscitation program.During the recovery process,the control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given routine nursing and the nursing staff cooperated with the resuscitation process effectively.The success rate of resuscitation and nursing satisfaction of family members of children were compared between the two groups.Results The resuscitation success rate of asphyxia neonates group and the nursing satisfaction of the children's families in the observation were higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the resuscitation of asphyxiated neonate,nursing staff can effectively cooperate with the resuscitation process,which can effectively improve the success rate of resuscitation and nursing satisfaction.
