低浓度过氧化氢应用于鼻咽癌放疗鼻咽冲洗的可行性及疗效观察

摘要 目的研究低浓度过氧化氢在鼻咽癌放疗鼻咽冲洗中的效果和可行性。方法本研究对象来自我院在2016年8月至2018年8月收治的68例鼻咽癌患者,将所有患者按照随机方法分为参照组和研究组,每组34例,所有患者选择鼻咽癌放疗治疗,研究组患者采用低浓度过氧化氢进行鼻咽冲洗,参照组患者采用低浓度的呋喃西林液进行鼻咽冲洗,比较两组患者临床治疗的效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率、放射性损伤发生率、术后疼痛评分均优于参照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌患者放疗的过程中通过低浓度过氧化氢进行鼻咽部的冲洗能有效的提升患者治疗总有效率,降低患者出现放射性损伤的状况,还能改善患者疼痛,值得推广使用。 Objective To study the effect and feasibility of low concentration hydrogen peroxide in the treatment of nasopharyngeal irrigation in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Sixty-eight patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled.All patients were randomly divided into reference group and study group.Group of patients in each group of 34 patients,all patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with radiotherapy.Study group patients were treated with low concentration of hydrogen peroxide for nasopharyngeal lavage.Reference group patients were treated with low concentrations of nitrofurazone for nasopharyngeal irrigation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment,the incidence of radiation injury,and the postoperative pain score of the study group were better than those of the reference group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nasopharyngeal irrigation with low concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the process of radiotherapy for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the radiation injury of patients,and improve the pain of patients.It is worthy of popularization.
