摘要
老旧小区微改造是城市更新的有效模式,在本文中,笔者通过对广州市增城区老旧小区微改造设计的实践,总结微改造的设计经验,梳理了微改造存在的问题并提出相关的解决方法和建议。
The micro-renovation of old communities is an effective mode of urban renewal.In this article,the author summarizes the design experience of micro-renovation through the practice of the micro-reconstruction design of old communities in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City,sorts out the existing problems in the micro-reconstruction and proposes relevant solutions and suggestions.
