高掺粉煤灰碾压混凝土在筑坝工程中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 以广东省某大型水利工程为例,研究高掺量粉煤灰碾压混凝土的工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能,并评价其在筑坝工程中的应用效果。研究结果表明,在水胶比、砂、碎石和外加剂掺量不变情况下,高掺量粉煤灰(74%)的碾压混凝土相比较低掺量时工作性能有所改善,28 d、90 d抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度有一定程度提高,90 d抗渗和抗冻等级均满足设计要求。现场大坝钻孔获得芯样表面光滑、致密,骨料分布均匀,芯样抗压强度、抗渗和抗冻等级均满足设计要求,筑坝工程中高掺粉煤灰碾压混凝土的应用可为国内外同类工程提供重要参考依据。 The content of fly ash has an important influence on the application of roller compacted concrete in dam construction of water conservancy project.In this paper,taking a large-scale water conservancy project in Guangdong Province as an example,the working performance,mechanical properties and durability of roller compacted concrete with high content of fly ash are studied,and its application effect in dam construction is evaluated.The results show that under the condition of constant water-binder ratio,sand,macadam and admixture,the working performance of roller compacted concrete with high content of fly ash(74%)is better than that with low content,and the 28d and 90d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength are improved to a certain extent.90d impermeability and frost resistance meet the design requirements.The surface of the core sample obtained from the on-site dam drilling is smooth and dense,the aggregate distribution is uniform,and the compressive strength,impermeability and frost resistance grade of the core sample all meet the design requirements.The application of roller compacted concrete with high content of fly ash in this dam construction project can provide an important reference for similar projects at home and abroad.
