摘要
分析了复杂产品网络环境下多学科协同设计的复杂性。提出了基于产品结构、学科领域及动态设计过程的二级树产品数据集成模型。论述了结构树节点操作、数据映射及属性树的详细结构。阐述了利用该模型进行复杂产品设计的具体过程。可提高协同设计系统的重用性,支持具有继承性的协同设计,能够满足复杂产品协同设计的要求。
The complexity of the complex product cooperative design processing is analyzed in network environment.A new TGT(Two Grade Tree)product data integration model is proposed,which is based on the product structure,various fields and dynamic design process.Structure tree node manipulation,data mapping and detailed structure of attribute tree are discussed.A general complex product design process using the new model is expatiated.For other kinds of product design,the repeat software exploitation can be avoided.With the new model,the requirements of inherit collaborative design can be satisfied.TGT product data integration model satisfied the requirements of complex product cooperative design in net environment.
