摘要
在管材加工过程中,熔体挤出机头的挤出过程是最为关键的一部分。为了增强其生成管材的力学和物理性能,以直通式机头为本次实验研究对象,采用Fluent分析软件进行熔体的流道模拟,选取不同结构参数进行正交试验,并利用后处理软件CFD-post进行熔体的流场分析,得出合理的、符合实际工况的最优结构。研究结果表明,对于直通式机头,优化前后,流道内熔体的最大速度与其中压缩段,成型段压力降具有明显差异,且优化后的模型更加可利用,制品更紧密,更符合实际生产的需求。
In the process of pipe processing,the process of melt extrusion head is the most critical part.In order to enhance the mechanical and physical properties of the pipe,it is proposed to use the straight head as the experimental research object.Fluent analysis software is used to simulate the flow channel of the melt,and CFD post is used to analyze the flow field of the melt,and a reasonable and practical optimal structure is obtained.The results of this study show that for the straight head,the maximum velocity of the melt in the runner before and after optimization is significantly different from that in the compression section and the pressure drop in the forming section,and the optimized model is more available,the products are more compact,and more in line with the actual production requirements.
