摘要
目的分析家庭环境对男性服刑人员心理健康状况的影响,为服刑人员的心理干预提供参考。方法采用随机数字表法抽取2013年4月~2014年3月广东佛山监狱200名男性服刑人员作为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、防御方式问卷(DSQ)与家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)进行评定,用Pearson相关分析评估SCL-90、DSQ与FES-CV评分之间的关系。结果男性服刑人员SCL-90中躯体化、强迫症、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子评分和总均分均高于常模(P均<0.05),DSQ不成熟心理防御机制及中间型心理防御机制均分高于常模(P均<0.05),FES-CV量表具有亲密度、情感表达、独立性、成功性、知识性和组织性评分均低于常模(P均<0.05),而矛盾性评分高于常模(P均<0.05)。SCL-90总均分、DSQ不成熟心理防御机制及中间型心理防御机制均分均与FES-CV亲密度、知识性、组织性因子评分呈负相关(P<0.05),与矛盾性评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论男性服刑人员普遍存在较高的身心症状和心理防御缺陷,与其所处家庭环境关系密切。
Objective To analyze the relationship of family environment with mental health in male prisoners,and to provide reference for mental intervention of prisoners.Methods Using the method of random number table,200 male prisoners from April 2013 to March 2014 in Foshan prison of Guangdong province were selected as the research objects.Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ)and family environment scale(FESCV)were surveyed.Pearson correlation analysis was use to investigate the relationship among SCL-90 score,DSQ score and FES-CV factor score.Results The scores of somatization,obsession,depression,anxiety,phobia,paranoia,psychotic factors in SCL-90 of male prisoners were higher than those in the China Norms(P<0.05).The average scores of SCL-90,DSQ immature psychological defense mechanism and intermediate psychological defense mechanism were all negatively correlated with the scores of FES-CV intimacy,knowledge and organizational factors(P<0.05),and positively correlated with the score of contradiction(P<0.05).Conclusion Male prisoners generally have higher physical/mental symptoms and psychological defense defects,which are closely related to their family environment.
