摘要
基于多通道半导体探测器的医学仪器,例如小动物PET、SPECT等,具有前端模块复杂、通道数多、空间有限、对数据传输速度和准确性要求高等特点。针对这一需求,采用SiTCP技术实现数据传输。SiTCP是一款占用逻辑资源少、模块化结构清晰的IP软核,可以十分便捷的移植到FPGA芯片中,用户可根据需求进行灵活的修改。此外,该技术具有电路尺寸小、外部接口简单等优点,加快了硬件电路的设计和使用。设计并实现了基于FPGA的SiTCP的数据传输技术,传输速率达到367 Mbps。
Medical instruments based on multi-channel semiconductor detectors, such as small animal PET and SPECT, have the characteristics of complex front-end module, many channels, limited space, and high data transmission speed and accuracy. In response to this demand, this paper uses SiTCP technology to realize data transmission. SiTCP is an IP soft core with little logical resources and a clear modular structure, which can be easily ported to the FPGA chip, and can be flexibly modified according to the needs. In addition, the technology has the advantages of small circuit size and simple external interface, which speedups the design and use of hardware circuit. This project designs and implements.The data transmission technology based on FPGA SiTCP, with a transmission rate of 367 Mbps.
