摘要
目的探讨不同进食时间对上消化道出血患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年7月至2019年6月我院收治的80例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,采用数字随机法等分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规术后饮食,即出血停止后24~36 h开始进食;观察组在出血停止后8~12 h开始进食。比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复状况和再出血发生情况。结果观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均早于对照组(P<0.05);观察组再出血发生率低于对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论上消化道出血患者实施早期进食有助于促进其胃肠功能恢复,避免再次出血发生,提高生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of different eating time on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were equally divided into an observation group and a control group by the digital random method.The control group received routine postoperative diet,that is,they started eating at 24 to 36 hours after the bleeding stopped.The observation group started eating at 8 to 12 hours after the bleeding stopped.The recovery of gastrointestinal function and the occurrence of re-bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first exhaust,time of first defecation and time of bowel sounds recovery in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of re-bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of early food intake for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can help to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,avoid recurrence of bleeding,and improve the quality of life.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
