摘要
为严防甘肃省武威市引入性小反刍兽疫疫情发生,用阻断ELISA方法和实时荧光PCR法对某养殖场新引进羊进行了小反刍兽疫免疫抗体及病原学检测。结果表明:该养殖场分两批新引进的羊只小反刍兽疫(PPRV)抗体合格率(基线比)分别为94.44%(1.35)和83.33%(1.19),高于国家要求的70%(1)的标准,总体疫苗免疫效果良好,羊群具有抵抗小反刍兽疫侵袭的基本能力。此外,新引进羊群的所有被检测血清和鼻拭子均为PPRV抗原阴性,无PPRV感染或感染概率极低。该研究为PPR防控提供一定的数据支撑,也为防疫部门制定科学合理的防控措施,严防输入性疫情提供了一定参考。
In order to strictly prevent the introduction of peste des petits ruminants(PPR)in Wuwei city,the blocking ELISA method and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR)method were used to detect the immune antibodies and pathogens of the newly introduced sheep in a farm.The results showed that the qualified rate(baseline ratio)of the two batches of newly-introduced-sheep PPRV antibodies in the farm was 94.44%(1.35)and 83.33%(1.19),which were higher than the national standard(70%),the flock's overall vaccine immunization effect is well,and has the basic ability to resist the invasion of peste des petits ruminants(PPR).In addition,all the tested sera and nasal swabs of the newly introduced sheep were negative for PPRV antigen,and there was no PPRV infection or the probability of infection was extremely low.In this study,PPR prevention and control supporting data were provided,scientific and reasonable prevention and control measures were also provided,and references for strict prevention of imported epidemics were also provided.
