摘要
目的对瓜蒌皮注射液上市后临床使用情况进行监测与分析,以规范瓜蒌皮在临床中的合理使用。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选择我院2018年1月1日至6月30日期间所有使用瓜蒌皮注射液的住院患者,统计分析患者的基本情况、药品使用合理性及安全性情况,并做出评价。结果共监测患者1018例,其中适应证不合理106例(10.41%),用法用量不合理435例(42.73%),溶媒选择不合理568例(55.80%),溶媒量不合理135例(13.26%),1例(0.10%)患者发生药品不良反应。结论瓜蒌皮注射液临床使用存在不规范现象,应严格按照药品说明书用药,减少辅助用药的使用,以提高患者用药安全性。
Objective To monitor and analyze the clinical use of Gualoupi injection in order to standardize its rational use in clinic.Methods Based on retrospective analysis,the basic information of patients and the rationality and safety of drug use of Gualoupi injection in our hospital from January 1 to June 30 in 2018 were analyzed and evaluated.Results A total of 1018 inpatients were enrolled in this study.Among them,there were 106 cases(10.41%)of inappropriate indications,435 cases(42.73%)of unreasonable usage and dosage,568 cases(55.80%)unreasonable solvent selection,and 135 cases(13.26%)of unreasonable solvent volume.One case(0.10%)developed adverse drug reactions.Conclusion The clinical use of Gualoupi injection in our hospital is not standard.The drug should be used strictly in accordance with the instructions and the use of auxiliary drugs should be reduced in order to improve the medication safety in patients.
