不同生长年限栽培与野生的瓦尼木层孔菌主要成分分析及急性毒理 被引量:7

摘要 分析不同生长年限(1、2、3年)栽培(简称1、2、3年生)与野生(长白山和朝鲜)的瓦尼木层孔菌(Phellinus vaninii)的主要成分含量差异,同时用3年生子实体水提物进行急性毒理实验。结果表明:在实验范围内,多糖含量,3年生和朝鲜野生子实体含量最高;黄酮含量,1年生和3年生子实体最高;三萜和甾醇含量,1年生、3年生和朝鲜野生子实体含量最高;粗蛋白含量,2年生最高,且栽培的子实体高于野生子实体;总必需氨基酸含量,长白山野生子实体最高;无机元素测定中,重金属含量均未超标。急性毒理实验表明,3年生的最大给药量(生药量)360 g·kg^-1时,小鼠饮食、饮水和行为活动均正常,且各脏器均未见异常或病变,对小鼠无明显的急性毒性。 Cultivated(1,2 and 3 years)and wild(Changbai Mountain and Korean)Phellinus vaninii were analyzed and compared for their main components in fruiting bodies.Acute toxicological tests were also conducted on mice using water extract of 3-year-old cultivated fruiting bodies.The results showed that within the experimental range,the highest polysaccharide content was observed in 3-year-old and wild Korean fruiting bodies;the highest flavonoid content was observed in 1-year-old and 3-year-old fruiting bodies;the highest triterpene and sterol content was observed in 1-year-old,3-year-old and wild Korean fruiting bodies;crude protein content was the highest in 2-year-old fruiting bodies,and also higher in cultivated fruiting bodies than wild ones;wild Changbai Mountain fruiting bodies had the highest total amino acid content.The heavy metal elements were all within accepted limits.There was no significant difference in food and water intake,behavior or organ indices between mice in the blank control and mice administered with the water extract up to 360 g·kg^-1,suggesting that the water extract had no obvious acute toxicity to mice.
