摘要
采用YG8硬质合金为试验材料,研究了低温回火对YG8硬质合金组织性能的影响。结果表明:烧结试样主要由WC相和密排六方结构β-Co相构成,试样的硬度高,冲击韧性较差。回火试样主要由WC相、密排六方结构β-Co相、面心立方结构α-Co相构成,硬度有一定程度下降,冲击韧性提高。烧结试样冲击断口特征属于脆性断裂,WC相晶粒棱角尖锐。试样热处理后WC相晶粒棱角圆滑,断口特征属于韧脆混合断裂。WC相的固溶、颗粒端部棱角形态、粘结相Co结构等对硬质合金冲击韧性及硬度影响显著。
The effects of low temperature tempering on the microstructure and properties of YG8 cemented carbide were studied by using YG8 cemented carbide as experimental material. The results show that, the sintered samples are mainly composed of WC phase and dense hexagonal β-Co phase. The hardness of the specimen is high and the impact toughness is poor, and the tempered samples are mainly composed of WC phase, dense hexagonal β-Co phase and face-centered cubicα-Co phase. The hardness decreases and the impact toughness increases. The impact fracture characteristics of sintered samples belong to brittle fracture and the grain angle of WC phase is sharp. The grain and edge of WC phase of the sample after heat treatment are smooth and the fracture characteristics belong to the ductile and brittle mixed fracture. The solid solution of WC phase, the angular morphology at the end of particles and the structure of bonded phase Co have significant effects on the impact toughness and hardness of cemented carbide.
