摘要
国际上常采用间接测量法中的多属性健康效用量表测量健康效用值,但国际通用的6种主要的多属性健康效用量表在我国的应用仍相对较少。随着中国的卫生技术评估方法在卫生决策领域发挥着愈加重要的作用,选择合适的普适性多属性健康效用量表来测量健康效用值将成为卫生技术评估研究和应用的基础。文章在简述直接测量法及其应用情况基础上,重点介绍国际上已开发应用的6种主要的普适性多属性健康效用量表,并简述其在国内外的应用现状和前景,这将为中国开展卫生经济学评价研究,尤其是效用值测量与成本-效用分析提供参考与借鉴。
Multi-attribute utility(MAU)instruments were commonly used to measure the health utility value internationally.However,among 6 most-widely used MAU instruments,except for the EQ-5 D,others were seldom used in China.As the health technology assessment played an increasingly important role in the field of health decision-making,choosing a suitable generic preference-based instruments to measure health utility was a crucial step.There was no review of development and application of MAU instruments so far.It first briefly described the direct health state utility measurement approaches and followed by focusing on the six MAU instruments that have been developed and widely applied internationally.Finally,it briefly described the application and its future of 6 MAU instruments globally.It aims to provide basic support for domestic health economic evaluation,especially for health utility measurement and cost-utility analysis.
