Aging performance of floor cloth in EMU

摘要 采用热空气老化和自然曝晒老化对动车组用地板布产品进行连续6000 h的老化实验,取不同老化阶段的样品进行力学及燃烧性能测试,研究了地板布的老化性能。结果表明,地板布材料对光老化更为敏感。经6000 h老化后,地板布材料的力学性能显著衰减,最大降幅超过30%,但仍能基本满足相关技术标准的要求,而各项阻燃防火性能均有小幅提升,说明光热老化过程主要影响地板布材料的力学性能,对防火安全性能无负面影响。 The aging test of floor cloth products in EMU was carried out for 6000 hours by using thermal ageing and natural light aging.With testing the mechanical properties and combustion properties of samples of different aging stages,the aging property of floor cloth was investicated.The results show that flooring materials are more sensitive to natural light aging.After 6000 hours of aging test,the mechanical properties of floor cloth material significantly attenuate,with a maximum reduction of more than 30%,but they can still basically meet the requirements of relevant technical standards.And the fire retardant performance has been slightly rised.It shows that the photothermal aging process mainly affects the mechanical properties of floor cloth materials and has no negative effect on fireproof properties.
