摘要
文章针对某传统发动机车型改款为48 V轻混车型所产生的低速小油门加速开空调车内啸叫问题进行研究,并确定啸叫声源自压缩机工作激励。阐述压缩机啸叫声向整车的传递路径原理,找出压缩机啸叫向车内传递以空气声为主。最终采用降低压缩机速比至1.22且压缩机皮带轮重量增加至815 g的方案,使压缩机引起的车内啸叫得到明显改善。
In view of the change of a traditional engine model to a 48 V light-hybrid model,the low-speed and low-throttle acceleration generated by the low-speed and low-throttle acceleration in the air-conditioned car's whistling problem is studied.And it is determined that the source of the whistling sound came from the compressor's work excitation.The principle of the transmission path of the compressor squeal to the vehicle is explained,and it is found out that the compressor squeal is mainly transmitted to the vehicle by air sound.In the end,the solution of reducing the speed ratio of the compressor to 1.22 and increasing the weight of the compressor pulley to 815 g is adopted,and the internal noise caused by the compressor is significantly improved.
