摘要
嘉浩冷链物流基地项目总承包工程属于大型仓储物流项目,吊装难度高,创新性地采用桥梁施工中普遍采用的架桥机进行预制梁的吊装,解决了施工现场吊装难题,节约了工期及成本,提高了施工效率。针对项目架桥机的设备特点、施工工艺,操作流程及要点进行较为详细的阐述,为日后类似项目的施工提供借鉴与帮助。
Jiahao cold chain logistics base project is a large warehouse logistics project and its hoisting is difficult.The bridge-erecting crane which is widely used in bridge construction is innovatively used to hoist the precast beam.The problem of hoisting on the construction site is solved,the construction period and cost are saved,and the construction efficiency is improved.The equipment characteristics,construction technology,operation process and key points of the bridge-erecting crane of the project are elaborated in detail,which can provide reference and help for the construction of similar projects in the future.
