深大基坑开挖过程中地下连续墙位移与应力监测研究 被引量:14

Research on Displacement and Stress Monitoring of Underground Continuous Wall during Excavation of Deep and Large Foundation Pit

摘要 深基坑围护结构中地连墙的位移规律以及横向支撑的应力变化是保证基坑在开挖过程中安全稳定的关键因素。以太原火车站五号蓄水池深基坑工程为背景,采用光纤光格栅传感器对地连墙以及混凝土横撑进行长期监测,在监测过程中考虑温度对传感器的影响,利用温度补偿措施对监测数据进行修正;同时采用FLAC3D对该基坑开挖过程进行模拟研究。将现场监测数据与数值模拟结果进行对比分析,探讨深基坑开挖过程中地连墙位移的变化规律。研究结果表明,土方开挖初期,地连墙各个位置的水平位移随着基坑开挖深度的增加而逐渐增大,当开挖至基底时基坑中部的水平位移最大,故而在基坑开挖过程中应特别重视中部位置处横向支撑的受力及稳定情况,基坑开挖后期,地下连续墙的竖向位移沉降速率较前期加快。 The displacement law of the underground continuous wall and the stress variation of the lateral support in deep foundation pit enclosure structure are the key issues to ensure the safety and stability of the foundation pit during excavation.With the deep foundation pit project of the No.5 reservoir of Taiyuan Railway Station as the background,fiber-optic light grid sensor is used for long-term monitoring of the ground connection wall and the concrete cross brace,and the influence of temperature on the sensor is taken into account during the monitoring process,on-site monitoring data are modified by temperature compensation measures;Simultaneously,the excavation process of the foundation pit was simulated by using FLAC3D.The field monitoring data and numerical simulation results were compared and analyzed,and the trend of ground wall displacement during deep foundation pit excavation was discussed.The research results show that the horizontal displacement of each position of the ground wall at the beginning of earth excavation gradually increases with the increase of the excavation depth of foundation pit.Because the maximum horizontal displacement is located in the middle of the foundation pit when the excavation reaches the base,special attention should be paid to the stress and stability of the lateral support at the middle.The vertical settlement rate of diaphragm wall in the later stage of foundation pit excavation is faster than that in the earlier stage.
