摘要
失速喘振会严重影响压气机性能,为保证发动机的安全运转,有必要对失速喘振信号进行在线监测,在进喘时及时采取消喘措施。根据试车台测试需求,设计了失速喘振在线辨识系统。系统通过压力传感器获取压气机出口静压,经信号调理电路放大滤波后分为两路信号,一路传输给MCU进行失速喘振在线检测算法辨识,并将辨识结果通过I/O口输出,以开关量形式传输至控制器,由控制器完成消喘功能,另一路输出至数采系统,完成数据的采集存储备份。该系统具有体积小、工作稳定可靠、响应速率小于50 ms等优点,对失稳信号辨识准确率达到99%以上。
Stall surge will seriously affect the performance of the compressor.In order to ensure the safe operation of the engine,it is necessary to monitor the stall surge signal online and take anti-asthmatic measures in time if stall surge occured.According to the test bench requirements,the stall surge online identification system is designed.The system obtains the static pressure at the outlet of the compressor through the pressure sensor.After being amplified and filtered by the signal conditioning circuit,it is divided into two signals,one of which is transmitted to the MCU for identification by the online detection algorithm,and the identification result is output through the I/O port to the controller,which completes the anti-asthmatic function,and the other output is output to the data acquisition system to complete the data collection and storage backup.The system has the advantages of small size,stable and reliable operation,and a response rate of less than 50 ms.The accuracy of identifying instability signals is more than 99%.
