摘要
                
                    高功率、低成本晶硅太阳能光伏组件是目前光伏行业发展的主流方向,半片电池组件技术因其能够显著提高组件测试功率而被广泛关注。本文研究了不同波长激光划片对电池片的损伤原因与影响,并首次采用红绿双激光划片技术,既避免了常规单波长激光划片时微隐裂的出现,又可以保证划片效率。通过与常规整片组件和红外激光划片组件对比,发现红绿双激光划片组件的连续100 d的发电量分别提升了4.06%和0.33%。该双激光划片技术可以为半片电池组件技术全面推广应用提供强力的支持。
                
                High power and low cost module of crystalline silicon is the main stream in current photovoltaic industry.The half-cell module technology is receiving great concern since it can significantly reduce the power loss in the module encapsulating process and increase the module’s power generation.In this paper,the mechanism and influence of single wavelength laser scribing damage on solar cell is studied first and then a red-green dual lasers scribing technology is developed,which can avoid the occurrence of hidden micro-cracks and ensure the scribing efficiency.By comparison with the actual electricity generation from normal cell module and infra-red laser scribed hall-cell module,it is found that the total generated electricity from red-green dual lasers scribed hall-cell module for 100 days increases by 4.06%and 0.33%respectively.This newly developed dual lasers scribing technology will give a strong support to popularize the hall-cell module in photovoltaic industry.
