Improvement Strategies of Ideological and Political Education in Medical Colleges in the Era of Omnimedia

摘要目的探究互联网新媒体对医学生性格与个性形成的作用以及对医学生心理素质的影响,从而为高校辅导员改进思想政治工作,进一步推进高校医学生思想政治教育体系化建设提供建议。方法采用“互联网对医学生影响”的调研问卷进行问卷调查。调查对象为临床医学院大一、大二的本科生,调查采用问卷星进行,共有354人填写了问卷。结果在354名受访者中,使用QQ频率最高的有253名,占71.47%,其次是微信,264名认为上述社交媒体提供了更多的和老师同学交流学习的机会,236名认为上述社交媒体提供了更多的获取学习资料的来源,181名认为上述社交媒体成为了在学习时的干扰,导致效率受到了影响。结论高校辅导员应发挥全媒体桥梁作用,广开言路,占领舆论战场,充分利用新媒体传播弘扬时代正能量,并利用“两微一端”,衔接好线上线下教育工作。 Objective To explore the effect of Internet new media on the formation of medical students'character and personality as well as their psychological quality,so as to provide suggestions for the college counselors to improve the ideological and political work and further promote the systematic construction of Ideological and political education for medical students.Methods A questionnaire of"the impact of the Internet on medical students"is designed to carry out the query Volume survey.The subjects of the survey were freshmen and sophomores of clinical medical college.The survey was conducted by questionnaire stars,and a total of 354 people filled in the questionnaire.Results Among the 354 respondents,253(71.47%)used QQ the most frequently,followed by Wechat,264 thought that the above social media provided more opportunities to communicate and learn with teachers and students,236 thought that the above social media provided more sources to obtain learning materials,181 thought that the above social media became interference in learning,resulting in the impact of efficiency.Conclusion College counselors should play the role of full media bridge,open up,occupy the public opinion battlefield,make full use of new media to spread and carry forward the positive energy of the times,and use"Wechat,microblog,app"to connect online and offline education.
