摘要
在装配式建筑发展过程中,政府、开发商、消费者具有不同的行为策略选择和利益需求.为探究装配式建筑参与主体在收益关联下的行为策略选择,将三个利益主体——政府、开发商、消费者纳入研究分析框架内,通过构建动态演化博弈模型,分析三者的行为策略选择、策略演化稳定性及影响因素,并运用Matlab对影响演化路径的参数变量进行数值仿真分析,最后根据仿真结果提出针对性的激励对策建议,促使政府、开发商、消费者向(强激励,开发,购买)策略选择演化以推进我国装配式建筑的持续健康发展.
In the development of prefabricated buildings in China,the government,developers and consumers have different interest needs and behavior strategy choices.This paper aims to explore the behavior strategy choices of the participants in the assembly building under the income correlation,three major interest parties-government,real estate developers and consumers are included in the framework of research and analysis.Through the dynamic evolutionary game model,the behavioral strategy choice,stability of strategy evolution and influencing factors among the above mentioned parties are analyzed.Then,Matlab is used to simulate the parameters that influence the evolution path.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the simulation results,to maximize the interests of the three major parties,and to encourage them to jointly promote the development of prefabricated buildings.
