摘要
目的分析达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月江苏省海安针灸推拿学校附属医院收治的94例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组47例。对照组单纯使用二甲双胍片治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用达格列净片治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效和不良反应情况,比较血糖、血脂水平变化。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平和总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度蛋白(LDL-C)指标均明显降低,其中试验组降低幅度更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,试验组和对照组不良反应,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效优于单一用药,能进一步改善血糖和血脂水平,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of dagglijing combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 94 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hai'an Acupuncture and Massage School of Jiangsu Province from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomLy divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin tablets only,and the experimental group was treated with dagglijing tablets.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed,and the changes of blood glucose and blood lipid were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG,2hPG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease in the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of dagglijing combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes is better than that of single drug,which can further improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and has the promotion value.
