摘要
目的研究急性下肢深静脉血栓形成腔内治疗的中远期疗效。方法选取齐齐哈尔市建华医院2014年6月至2016年6月收治的84例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者为研究对象,依据治疗方案不同分为研究组(42例)与对照组(42例)。对照组采用抗凝治疗并配合行足背静脉局部溶栓治疗,研究组采用血管腔内治疗并配合采取导管接触性溶栓治疗,研究比较组间各项临床指标。结果治疗后,研究组临床治疗总有效率、髂静脉血管通畅率、血栓后综合征(PTS)发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者采用腔内治疗临床疗效显著,可降低PTS发生率,提高髂静脉血管通畅率。
Objective To study the medium and long term efficacy of endovascular treatment for acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods A total of 84 patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities admitted to Qiqihar City Jianhua Hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as study subjects,and divided into study group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with anticoagulant therapy combined with local thrombolytic therapy of dorsal foot vein,while the study group was treated with intravascular therapy combined with catheter contact thrombolytic therapy,and the clinical indicators were compared between the groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,the patency rate of iliac vein and the incidence of PTS in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endovascular treatment for patients with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis has significant clinical effect,which can reduce the incidence of PTS and improve the patency rate of iliac vein.
