摘要
采用新型的CCDS2000型爆炸喷涂系统在启闭机活塞杆常用不锈钢40Cr表面制备由WC-12Co粘结层和Al2O3面层构成的复合涂层,对涂层的微观组织结构、显微硬度、孔隙率、结合强度、抗冲击韧性、抗腐蚀性能与耐磨性能等进行分析与测试,并阐述涂层的摩擦磨损机理。结果表明:Al2O3涂层的孔隙率为0.94%,硬度(HV0.2)在1108~1316之间,结合强度达到59.4 MPa。涂层的抗腐蚀性能和抗磨损性能都明显优于40Cr不锈钢,抗冲击韧性略有提高。40Cr不锈钢的平均质量磨损量是99.56 mg,为Al2O3涂层质量磨损量的24.5倍。Al2O3涂层的磨损机理主要是显微犁削和黏着磨损。
A composite coating composed of WC-12Co adhesive layer and Al2O3 surface layer was prepared on 40Cr stainless steel surface of hoist piston rod by new type CCDS2000 explosive spraying technology.The microstructure,microhardness,porosity,bonding strength,impact toughness,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coating were analyzed and tested.The friction and wear mechanism of the coating was also analyzed.The results show that the porosity of the Al2O3 coating is 0.94%.The hardness is in the range of 1108-1316 HV0.2.The bonding strength can reachs to 59.4 MPa.The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coating are obviously better than that of 40Cr stainless steel,and the impact toughness is slightly improved.The average mass wear loss of 40Cr stainless steel is 99.56 mg,which is 24.5 times of that of Al2O3 coating.The wear mechanism of Al2O3 coating is mainly micro ploughing and adhesive wear.
