摘要
针对目前海上风电结构健康监控系统设备布设难度高、稳定性差、数据传输效率低等问题,提出一种基于低功率广域(LPWA)物联网技术的海上风电结构健康数据采集系统。该系统以ARM8与CC1310为控制核心,使用多种传感器对海上风机关键结构的健康数据进行采集,通过LPWA网络及4G技术实现数据传输;上位机监测平台可实现数据储存、实时显示以及历史查询等功能。实验结果表明,该系统具有可靠稳定等优点,能够满足海上风电结构健康监测的需要。
Aiming at the problems of high difficulty,poor stability and low data transmission efficiency of offshore wind power structure health monitoring system(LPWA)based structural health data acquisition system for offshore wind turbine was proposed.With ARM8 and CC1310 as the control core,the system collects the health data of key structures of offshore turbine uses multiple sensors,and realizes data transmission through LPWA network and 4G technology.The monitoring platform of upper computer can realize data storage,real-time display and historical query functions.The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of reliability and stability,can meet the needs of health monitoring of offshore wind power structure.
