摘要
目的对广州市血液报废情况进行统计和分析,避免浪费血液资源。方法通过血站计算机系统收集血液采集、制备、检验、储存、发放等信息,对于各个环节中产生的不合格血液和报废血液信息进行归类汇总和统计分析。结果2013~2018年无偿献血采集血液总量为5742519U,因不合格报废总量为334872U,报废率为5.83%;所有报废血液中,感染性不合格血液导致的报废占总报废量的48.79%,物理原因导致的报废占50.40%。各类感染性不合格血液报废所占的比例为ALT(36.30%)>HBV(28.50%)>梅毒(12.88%)>HCV(9.71%)>NAT(8.38%)>HIV(4.22%);各类物理原因不合格血液报废所占的比例为脂肪血(86.26%)>血袋破裂和渗漏(5.80%)>其他(4.43%)>纤维蛋白析出(1.23%)>采血量不足(1.01%)>溶血(0.64%)>血凝块(0.44%)。结论2013~2018年广州市无偿献血血液报废总体情况较为平稳,总报废率保持在较低的水平并逐年递减。减少不合格血液的产生,可以通过加强采集、制备、储存、发放和运输各个环节的管理来实现。减少不合格血液的产生,不仅能节约宝贵的血液资源,还能促进血液安全。
Objective To make statistics and analysis on blood discarding in Guangzhou,so as to avoid wasting blood resources.Methods The information of blood collection,preparation,inspection,storage and distribution through the computer system of blood bank were collected,and the information of unqualified blood and discarded blood produced in each link was classified,summarized and statistically analyzed.Results From 2013 to 2018,the total amount of blood collected by voluntary blood donation was 5742519U,the total amount of discarded blood due to unqualification was 334872U,and the discarding rate was 5.83%.Among all the discarded blood,48.79%was caused by infectious unqualified blood,and 50.40%was caused by physical reasons.The proportion of all kinds of infectious unqualified discarded blood was ALT(36.30%)>HBV(28.50%)>syphilis(12.88%)>HCV(9.71%)>NAT(8.38%)>HIV(4.22%).The proportion of discarded blood due to various physical reasons was fatty blood(86.26%)>blood bag rupture and leakage(5.80%)>others(4.43%)>fibrin deposition(1.23%)>insufficient blood collection amount(1.01%)>hemolysis(0.64%)>blood clot(0.44%).Conclusion From 2013 to 2018,the overall situation of blood discarding of voluntary blood donation in Guangzhou was relatively stable,and the total discarding rate remained at a low level and decreased year by year.The production of unqualified blood can be reduced by strengthening the management of collection,preparation,storage,distribution and transportation.Reducing the production of unqualified blood can not only save precious blood resources,but also promote blood safety.
