摘要 [目的/意义]5G移动技术兴起所带来的数字信息资源及其处理、管理和服务方法对智能化技术的依赖会越来越多,文章旨在探究5G时代智能数字信息服务研究内容体系及其成果,提出今后对其深入研究的建议,期望其服务功能更加精准、快速、自动和人性化,从而更加高效地为我国社会主义建设服务。[方法/过程]探讨了5G环境下数字信息资源的智能融合组织与管理、图书情报博物领域智能服务、数字信息资源智能化移动服务、流媒体资源智能服务、基于新媒体和社交媒体应用的智能服务方式的研究内容和现状,剖析了可视化知识、显示与交互、精细信息处理和精确信息检索等智能化信息服务技术手段应用及研究进展。[结果/结论]进一步探讨了5G时代数字信息资源智能服务未来应用场景,在其融合组织管理、服务模式及服务手段可用性等研究方面提出相应建议。 [Purpose/significance]Digital information resources and their processing,management and service methods brought by the rise of 5 G mobile network communication will rely more and more on smart technologies.The paper aims at exploring the systematic research contents and the-state-of-the-art of intelligent services for digital information resources in 5 G Era and putting forward some research proposals in order to make them more accurate,fast,automatic,user-friendly and more efficient for the national socialist construction.[Method/process]Beginning with analysis of intelligent integration organization and management of digital information resources in 5 G environment,the paper described intelligent services and their research contents in library information and museums,intelligent mobile services for digital information resources including streaming media resources,as well as new media and social media-based applications.Further,it reviewed the application research progress of the intelligent information service application means,such as visual knowledge,display and interaction,refined information processing and accurate retrie-val,etc.in 5 G Era.[Result/conclusion]Based on the research results of the existing intelligent information resource services,the paper discussed its future application scenarios in the era of 5 G,and proposed some suggestions in the aspects of intelligent service convergence organization&management,service mode,service means availability,etc.,for the future research.
