摘要
大坝混凝土的振捣是影响坝体质量的关键,根据目前大坝振捣作业中经验性、随意性强的现状,以振捣时间及振捣路径为导向,采用UWB定位技术对振捣棒的位置实时监测,将实时数据与预设值进行比较、纠偏,并进行预警。该系统具有实时性强、精度高等特点,能较好避免过振、欠振及漏振现象。
The vibration of the dam concrete is the key to affect the quality of the dam.According to the current situation of strong experience and arbitrariness in the dam vibration operation,guided by the vibration time and vibration path,the UWB positioning technology is adopted to monitor the position of the vibration bar in real time,and the real-time data are compared with the preset value,corrected and early warning.The system has the characteristics of strong real-time performance and high precision,and can avoid the phenomena of over-vibration,under-vibration and leakage vibration.
