摘要
针对人工影响天气防灾减灾作业培训场景构建困难的问题,提出了基于虚拟仿真技术的培训方式,并设计出了一套人工影响天气防灾减灾作业虚拟实训平台。该平台可以对装备操作、天气变化,设备故障等问题进行高仿真度复现,从而为高效低成本的人工影响天气作业培训提供有效的技术支持。本文对该平台的功能、架构以及开发流程中所涉及的关键技术进行了介绍。实践结果表明,该平台对于提高人工影响天气防灾减灾作业效果具有极高的推动作用。
To deal with the difficult of scene reconstruction in weather modification training for disaster prevention and reduction,a training method based on virtual simulation technology was proposed,and a virtual training platform for weather modification was designed.This platform can not only simulate the equipment operation,weather change,equipment failure and other issues in the virtual simulation way with high simulation degree,but also can reduce the training cost.In this paper,the function of platform,system architecture key technologies involved in the development process was introduced.Practical results show that this platform can greatly improve the train effect of weather disaster prevention and reduction.
