摘要
伸缩缝渗漏是水工隧洞运行中经常遇到的问题。在北京南水北调东干渠输水隧洞排空检修过程中,发现部分伸缩缝存在洇湿、渗水现象。针对大管径、现浇自密实混凝土及圆涵输水隧洞伸缩缝渗漏现象,提出了"缝内注浆+高弹砂浆+涂刷聚脲"的伸缩缝防渗综合处理方案,重点对丙烯酸盐注浆材料配比和注浆工艺现场试验进行了研究,提出了满足现场施工要求的丙烯酸盐浆材配比及切实可行的注浆施工工艺,并成功应用于现场施工,初步达到了伸缩缝防渗修补效果,对保证东干渠输水隧洞工程安全运行具有重要意义,可为类似工程伸缩缝处理提供借鉴与参考。
Expansion joint leakage is a common problem encountered in the operation of hydraulictunnels. During the emptying and maintenance of water conveyance tunnel of East Main Canal of Beijingmiddle line South-to-North water transfer project, the problem of wetting and water seepage was found insome expansion joints. Aiming at the leakage of large-diameter, cast-in-place self-concrete and circularculvert water pipeline expansion joints leakage, a comprehensive anti-seepage treatment scheme forexpansion joints of "slot joint grouting + high elastic mortar + polyurea coating" was proposed. The fieldtest of acrylate grouting material ratio and grouting process was studied, and the acrylate grouting materialratio and practical grouting construction technology that meet the site construction requirements wereproposed, applied to the site construction successfully and preliminary reached the anti-seepage repaireffect of expansion joints. The effect is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of the water conveyance tunnel of East Main Canal, which could provide reference for the treatment of expansion jointsin similar projects.
