摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情自2019年底发生以来,现已呈全球大流行状态。尽管中国疫情防控形式持续向好,但防疫工作和思想仍不能松懈。口腔专业因其特殊性,交叉感染的风险高,预检分诊制度在口腔急诊的防控工作中至关重要。从2020年1月24日开始,南方医科大学口腔医院对新冠肺炎疫情期间前来就诊的所有口腔急诊患者及其陪同家属开始实施三级预检分诊工作,截至2020年4月13日,一级、二级和三级预检分诊从6 005名口腔急诊患者中分别筛查出123、50和10名发热或有流行病学史患者。三级预检分诊制度在保证口腔急诊工作顺利开展的同时,有效地保障了医护人员和就诊患者的安全。
The novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) has become a global pandemic since its outbreak. The epidemic prevention and control should not be relaxed although the epidemic situation has shown a positive trend in China.Due to high risk in dental practice,the triage is crucial to infection control. From January 24,2020,all dental emergency patients with their escorting relatives received a three-level triage in Stomatological Hospital,Southern Medical University. By April 13,2020,123,50 and 10 dental emergency patients with fever or epidemiological history were screened from 6005 patients in oral emergency department by primary,secondary and tertiary triage,respectively. The three-level triage system has not only effectively ensured the smooth operation of dental emergency,but also effectively guaranteed the safety of dental practitioners and patients.
