摘要
城郊农业产业园区在发展过程当中面临着因供需失衡引发的市场价格波动风险、土地低效利用风险、巨大自然灾害风险和环境污染风险等各种风险。为有效防范化解风险,应增加政府补助,规范工商资本行为,引入社会资本,加强环境治理。
In the process of development,suburban agricultural industrial parks face the risks of market price fluctuations,land inefficient utilization,huge natural disasters,and environmental pollution caused by supply and demand imbalances.Government subsidies should be increased,industrial and commercial capital behaviors be standardized,social capital be introduced,and environmental governance be strengthened.
