摘要
针对专家在突发公共事件发生之后的应急控制系统选择评价问题,构建了基于直觉模糊语言偏好关系(Intuitionistic Fuzzy Linguistic Preference Relation, IFLPR)一致性改进算法的决策模型。首先,引入了IFLPR的乘性一致性和一致性指数的概念,并探究了完全乘性一致IFLPR与直觉模糊排序权重向量之间的转化关系;其次,以偏差最小化为目标函数建立线性规划模型确定最优偏差值,从而构造完全乘性一致IFLPR;最后,提出了基于IFLPR一致性改进算法的决策模型,并验证其收敛性。通过应急控制系统的选择评估实验,说明了模型的可靠性。
With respect to the selection and evaluation of experts’ emergency control system after the occurrence of public emergencies, based on the consistency-improvement algorithm of intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic preference relation(IFLPR), a decision-making model is investigated. First, the concepts of multiplicative consistency and consistency index of IFLPR are introduced, and the transformation relationship between multiplicative consistent IFLPR and intuitionistic fuzzy weight vector is explored. Then, by minimizing deviation values, a linear programming model is developed to derive optimal deviation values and a complete multiplicative consistent IFLPR is constructed. Finally, a convergent decision-making model for IFLPR is proposed based on consistency improvement algorithm. The reliability of the model is illustrated by the selection and evaluation of emergency control system.
