摘要 窃电不仅会影响供电企业经济效益,而且会给供电电网正常运行带来不利影响。如何及时发现,甚至杜绝窃电是供电企业运行过程中面临的现实问题。论文对常见的窃电技术进行归纳总结,发现窃电者主要是通过影响电能计量装置运行来达到窃电目的。基于此,论文设计一种反窃电装置,该装置通过监测高压侧、用户侧用电信息并进行综合比对,从而及时发现是否有窃电问题。设计的反窃电装置可从根本上杜绝窃电问题,具有一定的实用价值。 Stealing electricity will not only affect the economic benefits of power supply enterprises,but also bring adverse effects to the normal operation of power supply network.How to discover and even put an end to stealing electricity in time is a practical problem in the operation of power supply enterprises.This paper summarizes the common electricity stealing technology,and finds that the electricity stealing people mainly steal electricity by affecting the operation of electric energy metering devices.Based on this,this paper designs an anti-electricity stealing device,which can detect the electricity stealing problem in time by monitoring the information of high voltage side and user side.The anti-electricity stealing device can eliminate the electricity stealing problem fundamentally and has certain practical value.
