摘要
针对矿用装载机工作过程中冲击较大、零件断裂频发等故障,对装载机连杆机构进行分析,建立基于连杆机构传力比的矿用装载机模型,采用鲸鱼算法和混沌优化技术优化装载机模型目标函数。通过验证,优化连杆机构后提高了机构的传动比,减轻了机构的质量。
Aiming at the faults of mine loader,such as large impact and frequent fracture of parts,this paper analyzes the linkage mechanism of loader,establishes the model of mine loader based on the transmission ratio of linkage mechanism,and then optimizes the objective function of loader model by using whale algorithm and chaos optimization technology.Through verification,the transmission ratio of the mechanism is improved after optimizing the connecting rod mechanism,and the quality of the mechanism is reduced.
