摘要
加强优秀传统文化教育是工科高职院校落实立德树人根本任务,培养高素质技能人才的必然要求。然而当前工科高职院校普遍存在“唯技能”的教育倾向,忽视工具理性与价值理性的统一,优秀传统文化教育严重缺失,学生传统文化素养普遍匮乏,成为新时代工科高职教育的短板。优秀传统文化蕴含着独特的育人价值,其丰富的哲学思想、高尚的道德理念、博大的人文精神是教育人、培养人、塑造人的重要资源。工科高职院校要坚持德育为先的育人理念,将优秀传统文化系统融入育人体系,提升学生的传统文化素养,培养德技双馨的高素质人才。
Strengthening the excellent traditional culture education is an inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to carry out the fundamental task of building up people by virtue and to train high-quality skilled personnel.However,there is a general tendency of"only skill"education in engineering higher vocational colleges,Ignore the unity of instrumental rationality and value rationality.The lack of excellent traditional culture education and the general lack of students'traditional cultural literacy have become the short board of higher vocational education in engineering in the new era.Excellent traditional culture contains unique educational value,Its rich philosophical thoughts,noble moral concepts,and broad humanistic spirit are important resources for educating、cultivating and shaping people.Higher vocational colleges of engineering should adhere to the concept of moral education as the first,integrate the excellent traditional culture system into the education system,and enhance the students'traditional cultural literacy.Cultivate all-round development of outstanding technical skills.
