摘要
人体内BG水平主要依赖胰升血糖素(GCG)和Ins调节来保持稳态。DM发展的第1阶段是DM高危人群,第2阶段是DM前期,第3阶段是确诊DM。DM前期随时可能进展为DM,必须加以重视。既往研究多以Ins为中心,近年来转向GCG。DM前期GCG分泌已出现异常,目前针对GCG扩展出相应的治疗手段,为研究DM发病机制和治疗提供了新的方向。本文就GCG在DM前期分泌及相关降糖药物进展进行评述。
The glucose homeostasis in human body mainly depends on the regulation of glucagon(GCG)and insulin.The development of diabetes can be divided into three stages.The first stage is the high-risk population of diabetes,the second stage is pre-diabetes,and the third stage is the diagnosis of diabe-tes.Pre-diabetic patients may progress to diabetes at any time,so attention must be paid to it.In the past,most of the studies have focused on the regulation of insulin.In recent years,more and more studies have turned to the role of glucagon.It has been proved that glucagon secretion has been abnormal even in the stage of prediabetes.Researchers are currently working on finding the treatments related to GCG.This provides a new direction for the study of the pathogenesis and treatment of diabetes mellitus.In this paper,the secretion of glucagon in prediabetes mellitus and the progress of related hypoglycemic drugs were reviewed.
