摘要
人口老龄化是当今社会经济发展所面临的重大问题。作为老年人口众多、老龄化程度严重且有快速发展趋势的国家,我国已经将解决老龄化问题提到重要的议事日程。解决老龄化问题的积极措施是银色创业,但目前我国缺少统一的管理机构,缺乏具体的规划。根据我国老龄化的特点,我们应转变观念,充分发挥老年人的积极作用,扶持银色创业,探索出解决老龄化问题的具有中国特色的方法。
Population aging has been a major problem facing social and economic development nowadays.As a country with a large elderly population and a serious and rapid trend of ageing,China has put the issue of ageing high on its agenda.Aged entrepreneurship is a positive way to counter this issue,but there still exist some problems including lack of unified management institutions and specific planning.According to the characteristics of China's aging,we should change our mindset,give full play to the active role of the elderly,support aged entrepreneurship,and explore ways to solve the aging problem with Chinese characteristics.
