摘要
本文从中医药治疗肺结节的方向出发,通过对肺结节的病因病机进行分析,分析肺结节体质类型,主要包括气虚致病、气郁致病、阴虚致病三类,进行治疗时从整体出发,给予不同的辨证方法进行治疗以达到最佳治疗目的,有效平衡人体内部气血,从而维持正气与邪气的平衡状态,避免发生邪盛阴衰的情况,达到稳定病灶,防止结节恶变的目的。
Treating pulmonary nodule with TCM medicine was explored according to the etiology and pathogenesis of pulmonary nodule,and the constitution types of pulmonary nodule were analyzed.It mainly includes three types of diseases caused by Qixu(气虚),Qiyu(气郁),and Yinxu(阴虚).In the treatment,the whole and differentiation are pay attention to balance Qi(气)and Xue(血)in the human body.Thereby the balance of Zhengqi(正气)and Xieqi(邪气)is maintained,Xiesheng Yinshuai(邪盛阴衰)is avoided,stable focus is achieved,and malignant transformation of nodules is prevented.
